Teeing Off For Two Charities

Finance Factors Foundation recently raised $10,000 at its 28th annual charity breakfast. The money will support two local charities — Honolulu Theatre for Youth and Junior League of Honolulu. Revolutionary War Patriots Honored

To celebrate the 250th anniversary of the founding of the United States, Aloha Chapter of the National Society Daughters of the American Revolution dedicated an America 250 Revolutionary War Patriots marker at its Aloha Chapter House in Makiki. Group Renovates YMCA Building

The Painting and Decorating Contractors Association of Hawai‘i has refurbished YMCA Camp H.R. Erdman’s Hānai Pono Building. The project was part of PDCA’s annual community service initiative, Trade Promotion and Charity, which aims to support local organizations. Salvation Army Gets Some ‘LOVE’

Awakening Foundation, Altrua HealthShare and K-LOVE donated $5,000 to The Salvation Army’s Hawaiian & Pacific Islands Division ahead of the K-LOVE Live in Honolulu concert at the Tom Moffatt Waikīkī Shell. The gift will support The Salvation Army’s Community Assistance Center in Honolulu.
