HHOC Receives $5,000

Hawai‘i HomeOwnership Center has received a $5,000 donation from First Insurance Company of Hawai‘i. The funds will help HHOC provide classes and individualized coaching to homebuyers throughout the state to attain sustainable homeownership. Chamber Steps Up

Chamber of Commerce Hawai‘i, on behalf of Public Health Fund, presented a $57,000 check to Waikīkī Health Center for its Next Step Shelter “Homeless to Housed” pilot program providing vouchers toward a security deposit or first month’s rent to expedite housing placement for shelter residents.
