Credit Union Boosts Nonprofit

Hawai‘i State Federal Credit Union recently presented a $25,000 check to Family Promise of Hawai‘i to support affordable housing services for homeless families. The gift was made possible by a $10,000 donation from Hawa‘i State FCU and a $15,000 matching grant from Federal Home Loan Bank of  Des Moines’ Member Impact Fund. Civics Bee Winner Abuzz With Excitement

Moanalua Middle School’s Ryker Perales (third from left) won the 2025 inaugural National Civics Bee Hawai‘i State Finals. He’ll now go on to the national competition this fall in Washington, D.C. Teeing Off For Domestic Violence Survivors

The nonprofit Domestic Violence Action Center raised $69,470 at its annual Chipping Away at Domestic Violence golf fundraiser, which took place at Pearl at Kalauao.
