MDX Donation Provides Food Security

The staff and management of MDX Hawai‘i recently donated $5,000 to OurKupuna.com. The nonprofit organization launched in early 2020 in response to the pandemic’s effect on Hawai‘i’s seniors. The website connects volunteers to assist members of the community with everything from weekly phone calls to getting groceries or picking up medication. Thanks to MDX Hawai‘i’s donation, the organization can support 125 people. Pictured are Scott Whiting, president of MDX Hawai‘i (left) and Gabe Amey, executive director of OurKupuna.com.
