Funds Aid Agency In Building Mission

Members of the General Contractors Association of Hawai‘i (GCA) collected nearly $60,000 for Institute for Human Services (IHS), the state’s largest and most comprehensive human services agency that’s dedicated solely to ending or preventing homelessness. Each year, IHS serves more than 6,000 people by providing shelter, meals, health services, childcare, job training and rental assistance. The fundraising effort was part of the GCA’s annual Give Back to the Community program.
