Company Donates Beanies To Shriners
MC&A, a destination management company, recently donated dozens of beanies and other hand-knitted items to Shriners Children’s Hawai‘i. The beanies are meant to be a source of comfort, warmth and emotional support for young patients. Giving Back In Big Way
D. Suehiro Electric Inc. kicked off a recent Giving Tuesday campaign to benefit Kapi‘olani Medical Center for Women & Children’s Miracle Network by triple-matching all gifts made by community members during a 2-hour time period. In total, the locally owned company gave $30,000 to Kapi‘olani. Funds will support several key services at Kapi‘olani, including cancer treatments and programs for some of the sickest children in the state.

Foundation Offers Nonprofit A Boost
 Servco Foundation, the philanthropic arm of Servco Pacific Inc., recently donated $15,000 to nonprofit Ho‘ōla Nā Pua (New Life for Our Children) as part of its 2024 Community Grant Program. Ho‘ōla Nā Pua is committed to the prevention of sex trafficking and provides care for girls who have been exploited.
