Forget The ‘Shoulds’
Are there things you want to do that you just can’t seem to get around to doing? Do you often think, “I should eat healthier, save more money, find another job, or keep my house neater”? If so, let go of these negative “shoulds” and conserve your precious energy. Accept that you will do them, if and when there is a true benefit to doing so. Have you noticed that you always have the time, energy and money to do the things you really want to do?
