Focus on Windward Oahu

The state House of Representatives recently honored Kaneohe Elementary assistant principal Jacque Shaner as 2015 Hawaii Elementary School Assistant Principal of the Year, as announced last May by Hawaii Association of Secondary Administrators. With her is state Rep. Ken Ito, D-49 (Kaneohe-Kailua).
