Focus on Windward Oahu

Windward public school principals formed a formidable pre-game cheering squad at Castle High School's Sept. 26 home-coming game against Kaiser High (in which the Cougars held off a late Knights rally to win 28-23). By the goal posts were (from left) principals Alma Souki (Heeia), Debbie Nekomoto (Kapunahala), Sheena Alaiasa (Castle), Kathy Kahikina (Ben Parker), Naomi Matsuzaki (Kahaluu), Keileen Isono (Castle vice principal), Makala Paaukala (Puohala) and Lanelle Hibbs (Kailua Elementary).
