The Penn family hosted a family Brazilian jiu-jitsu seminar Saturday, Feb. 7, at UFC Gym BJ Penn's newest location in Waikele Center, which opened in West Oahu one year ago. From noon to 2 p.m., participants trained with brothers BJ, Jay, Reagan and JD Penn. This is the first time all four Penn brothers have come together to conduct a training and coaching seminar. In addition to participants, Penn family members also were in attendance to take part in the iconic event. BJ Penn and brother Jay demonstrate beginner and advanced techniques.
