Teru Teru Bozu, hand-made Japanese dolls, offer a wish for good weather Sept. 14 as Windward Community College began its second annual Autumn Festival and Bon Dance for the community. The event offered dance lessons, food and campus tours as well as the traditional festivities, two dance troupes and a lion dance club.
