Although it was ‘I Love Kailua’ day, ‘Be A Jerk’ campaigners had no love for underage drinking. Volunteers at the campaign’s booth April 22 included Pastor Dave Willweber of Mauka Makai Ministries Windward, Carlene MacPherson of Windward Neighborhood Security Watch, city coordinator Wiwik Benjamin- Mau and police officer Derek Hinkley.
