Filling Up At Sunday’s ‘I Love Kailua’ Party

No need to eat at home Sunday – just walk over to the Kailua Town Party and open wide.

This year’s “I Love Kailua” block party will have 25 restaurants alert and ready for customer orders. The 20th annual event also has other attractions – dozens of artists, crafts, plants, entertainment, exhibits – but the popular food booths will draw much of the attention.

The lineup includes A Cup of Tea, Agnes’ Portuguese Bake Shop, Baskin-Robbins, Big City Diner, Bob’s Pizzeria, Buzz’s Original Steak House, Camille’s on Wheels, Cinnamon’s Restaurant, Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf, Crepes No Ka ‘Oi, Down to Earth, Foodland, Formaggio Grill, India Cafe Curry Factory, Jus’ Right Kettle Corn, Los Garcia’s Mexican Restaurant, May’s Hawaii, Moke’s Bread and Breakfast, Na ‘Ono, P. Mini Donuts, Pinky’s Pupu Bar & Grill, Slush Puppie Hawaii, Tat’s Shaved Ice, Tokoname Restaurant & Sushi Bar, and Whole Foods Market.

The party runs from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Kailua Road, with proceeds supporting Lani-Kailua Outdoor Circle’s beautification projects. For more details, call 234-0404 or go to lanikailuaoutdoorcircle.org.
