Easter Bunny Hops Into Kapolei
The Easter Bunny will be hiding more than 4,000 prize-filled eggs for keiki to find at Kapolei Commons at its third annual Easter Egg Hunt, scheduled for 10 a.m. to noon March 30.
The egg hunt will be split up by age groups: ages 1 to 3 at 10:30; ages 4-7 at 11 a.m.; and ages 8-12 at 11:30 a.m. Parents are allowed to accompany children 3 and under.
The event also will offer face painting and arts and crafts. The Easter Bunny also will visit the festivities to take photos with keiki.
For more Easter-themed fun, Kapolei Commons is sponsoring a coloring contest for keiki ages 3 to 10. Entries will be judged for creativity, use of color, and must feature three eggs.
Entries must be dropped off at Kapolei Commons by March 30, or postmarked by March 22. Entries should be made out to Kapolei Commons, Attention: Coloring Contest, 1288 Ala Moana Blvd., #208, Honolulu, HI 96814.
