DINNER HONORING GOV. GEORGE ARIYOSHI
The Pacific and Asian Affairs Council (PAAC) recently presented “A Global Affair,” an evening honoring Gov. George Ariyoshi. The program included giving Ariyoshi the Paul S. Bachman Award, which goes to a citizen or organization for distinguished contributions to the improvement of relations between the U.S. and its neighbors in Asia and the Pacific.
