About Boating Safety

Kaiser Permanente Hawaii Honolulu Medical Office, Tuesdays and Thursdays through Dec. 11 (no class Nov. 27, 9:30-10:30 a.m., $4/members, $5/non-members. For those who have difficult walking or are using an assistive device such as a cane, walker or wheelchair. The class includes a warm-up, stretching, range-of-motion exercises and strength training.
