Charlotte Russe Opens At Windward Mall
Charlotte Russe, known for its fashion-forward clothing and accessories at value-oriented prices, has opened a third Hawaii location at Windward Mall (on the second floor near center court).

Geared for young women in their teens and early 20s, the store offers a large selection of fashionable merchandise from casual to evening, and accessories from head to toe. There also are a variety of deals daily, and frequent Happy Hour events.
Named after the delicious French dessert, Charlotte Russe opened its first store in 1975 in Carlsbad, Calif. The company, which is headquartered in San Diego with creative offices in San Francisco, has since grown to more than 500 stores across the United States and Puerto Rico.
In Hawaii, Charlotte Russe also is located at Pearlridge and Waikele Premium Outlets.
