Business Leaders On The Move In Hawaii

David McKale has been promoted to City Mill Company Ltd.’s human resources manager. Since 2005 McKale had been the loss prevention manager at City Mill. In September 2011 he took on additional responsibilities as the interim human resources manager while he was acquiring his HR Certification, Professional in Human Resources.

Rob Welsh has been promoted to general sales manager for Clear Channel Radio Hawaii. He will lead and manage sales for KSSK AM & FM, KHVH-AM and KIKI 990 AM. He previously served as senior account executive for Clear Channel Radio Hawaii. Welsh joined KSSK as a senior account executive in 1998.

Stephen E. Gomes has joined Chinen & Arinaga Financial Group Inc. as vice president. Gomes will handle business development and relationship management involving institutional clients seeking high-quality investment services.

Donna Lynn Nakai has been welcomed back to Hilton Hawaiian Village Waikiki Beach Resort as its director of event services. Nakai, a former Hilton employee, will oversee a team that helps clients plan various events at the resort, from birthday and retirement parties, to large banquets and events. She most recently served as director of food and beverage at Waikiki Beach Marriott Resort & Spa.
