Business Leaders On The Move In Hawaii – 10/16/13

Phillip Chan has been appointed marketing representative at Xerox Hawaii. In his new position, Chan will provide new and existing clients in the Leeward Oahu district with solutions to effectively manage their documents, allowing customers to focus on their core business. Prior to joining Xerox Hawaii, Chan served as a student peer adviser in the Office of Internships and Career Development at the University of Hawaii.
Laurie Temple has joined Planned Parenthood of Hawaii as director of public affairs and government relations. In this role, Temple will focus on protecting and promoting reproductive rights in Hawaii through community organizing, public education and legislative advocacy. Previously, Temple was an attorney with American Civil Liberties Union of Hawaii.
Lisa Freudenberger has joined Planned Parenthood of Hawaii as director of development. In this role, Freudenberger will focus on all aspects of fundraising, donor cultivation and enhancing community partnerships. She will lead special events and provide strategic direction and leadership to advance Planned Parenthood’s marketing and communications. Previously, Freudenberger was with The Salvation Army, Hawaiian and Pacific Islands Division.
James Idemoto has been promoted to director of sales with ProService Hawaii. As director of sales, he oversees the performance of ProService’s core sales team. Idemoto has been with ProService for four years and was previously business development manager.
