Reg Baker, CPA PFS, has been appointed executive committee chairman, and Rodney Lee and Tyler Kimura were appointed executive committee members with PKF Pacific Hawaii LLP. The three partners will lead PKF’s management after Patrick Oki stepped aside from his role as managing parter of the full-service CPA firm until his legal issue is resolved. Baker has more than 25 years of accounting experience and, in January, was appointed to U.S. Small Business Administration’s Region IX Regulatory Fairness Board. Lee leads PKF’s corporate advisory practice, and has provided analytical consulting for local, national and international companies and Hawaii government agencies on matters including brand, strategy, research and business development. As a certified fraud examiner, Kimura leads PKF in this area and has more than 10 years of experience.

He will manage Hawaiian Telcom’s Corporate Information Security team that is responsible for the company’s network, systems and data. He also will define and implement Information Security standards and policies, assure compliance in the privacy and protection of the company’s assets, and consult with Hawaiian Telcom’s business customers on cybersecurity matters.
