In her new role, she is responsible for helping the company plan and execute diverse community-outreach and community-building programs and initiatives. She most recently was a communications specialist at the University of Hawaii’s school of architecture, and before that she was a marketing coordinator with T&C Surf Designs. Cabalse has a bachelor’s degree in journalism from University of Hawaii.

He now will oversee finance, accounting, business analytics, and property management and security. Ching joined Hawaii National Bank in 2006, most recently working to execute the bank’s financial plan as vice president and controller. Ching previously served as manager of finance and business affairs at University Clinical, Education & Research Associates and as a senior associate at PricewaterhouseCoopers.

He now is responsible for driving incident-, problem- and change-management processes to ensure stability of IT infrastructure. He previously held various IT and operations management and supervisory positions at First Insurance Company of Hawaii and the state Department of Education.

He now is responsible for managing the orchestra’s finances, budgeting, reporting, government compliance and human resources. Sutton previously worked as a chief financial officer at Atlas Sales Company in Kapolei, and executive vice president and chief financial officer at Starr Siegle Communications. He also is the former president of Elyte Pacific ATM Services.
