She most recently worked at Shangri-La Hotel Tokyo, where she started as executive housekeeper and was later promoted to director of rooms.

He will continue responsibility for the asset and property management of ABP’s improved and ground-leased real estate portfolio in Kailua. He first joined A&B Properties in March 2013 as project manager, acquisitions.

Stevens brings to the job a wealth of knowledge in programming, marketing, contract negotiations and the presentation of arts in the Honolulu community.
