Austin’s First Birthday
Friends and family gathered to celebrate Austin Ray Balicao’s first birthday at Kapolei Recreation Center last month. Parents Carmina and Romnick Balicao of Kapolei share that Austin was born on Christmas Day 2016, and is the “most greatest blessing and gift they have ever received.”
