Art, Music And Food Taking Over In Haleiwa

Fun, music and food are taking over Haleiwa this Saturday as the North Shore Music, Food & Movement Festival kicks into gear.

The festival has music by Millicent Cummings, Jerome James and Brian Von Ahsen along with yoga and movement classes, artists, a fashion show, local crafts and produce.

Organizers say the event is designed to link local farmers to residents and restaurants as well as inspire home gardeners and hobbyists.

Produce and food vendors are offering tasty treats to eat or take home, and Banzai Sushi will host a sushi poke bar and a poke contest.
