More Area Venues To Sell Your Cans, Scrap

Reynolds Recycling has added a new redemption center to East Oahu at Kaimuki High School, in the side parking lot of the campus.

“We are delighted to be able to help the people of Kaimuki to recycle their HI-5 redemption containers and scrap metal,” said company president Terry Telfer, noting this one, which opened Feb. 14, is the 37th certified Reynolds redemption center in the state. The manned container accepts and pays for all HI-5 products, plus aluminum, copper, brass and stainless steel scrap.

Hours are 9 a.m.-5 p.m. Saturday and Sunday; closed from noon to 1:30 p.m. for lunch.

Other Reynolds containers in East Oahu are located at Kalama Village Center and in Kahala (mauka of Waialae Avenue, across from Chili’s).
