Visitor Says ‘Thanks’ To Straub

Paul Greenslade and wife Karen (center with lei) visited Straub Medical Center for the first time in nearly two years for a reunion with the health care workers and staff members who cared for Paul between March 25 and April 17, 2020. Greenslade was one of the first COVID-19 patients in the state to be hospitalized. After returning home to the U.K., Greenslade sent a donation to Straub as thanks for the care he received. The gift helped purchase a new bench in the medical center’s Healing Garden. PHOTO COURTESY STRAUB MEDICAL CENTER
