PBS-Hawaii premiers the acclaimed local documentary Na Kupu Mana Olana: Seeds of Hope at 9 p.m., covering many of the Islands’ agricultural struggles.

Weight-loss plan
Dr. William Harris of the Vegetarian Society of Hawaii presents “Dr. Bill’s Never-Fail Guaranteed Weight-Loss Plan” in a free lecture at 7 p.m. at Castle hospital’s Wellness Auditorium.
