The late Lana Anela Soares Hudson, a Kahuku native, will be honored with a “Fun Doubles” style tennis tournament Nov. 24 at Central Oahu Regional Park (358-7061) … KEY Project awarded $2,000 each to Kaneohe’s Stan Jumawan Jr. and Kahaluu’s Alena Totten (Castle 2012) through the 2012 Randy Kalahiki Higher Education/Professional-Vocational Incentive Grant program. Stan is studying at Windward Community College, and Alena will go to Zion Bible College. The grants are supported by KEY’s annual kalua turkey service (see Page 10) …
