Parent Project Comes To Leilehua

A program to help parents and their children live together in peace, Parent Project, begins a 10-week course Oct. 9 at Leilehua High School.

The series meets from 6 to 9 p.m. Tuesdays in the counseling center in room HH103. The course is free, but the workbook costs $25. For more information, call Cyndy Sumbad at 636- 1321 or Tom Miyashiro at 383-7494.

The award-winning, nationally recognized program has been especially helpful to parents with strong-willed children, according to Parent Project reports. They turn to the course when they are on the brink of giving up.
