KCC Cookbook Offers Easy, Healthy Seafood
The Dash of Aloha line of cookbooks has released its latest effort, A Splash of Aloha: A Healthy Guide to Fresh Hawaiian Seafood.
Its 100 recipes feature step-by-step photo guides to make preparation easy for even novice cooks. Keeping in mind tasty and healthy eating, Kapiolani Community College’s Culinary Arts Department produced it with input from chefs, dietitians, doctors, educators and instructors.
