Providing Security At Home, Work

Everyone should feel safe in their own home, and it’s the mission of Aloha Alarm to provide “security with aloha.” Titus Napoleon serves as executive manager of this locally owned company, which opened its doors on Iwaena Street in Aiea this past January.

“We secure both residential and commercial properties,” says Napoleon, who has been dedicating his time to the security trade for the last 10 years. Prior to that, he worked in marketing. “Customers can expect 24-hour service and response, plus the best pricing statewide.”

Aloha Alarm currently has 13 experts on staff who work to provide you with peace of mind when it comes to the safety of your home or business. Home-security and surveillance cameras are available, viewable from the Internet and smartphones. Access control systems and medical pendants for the elderly also are offered. According to Napoleon, the basic price for an alarm system starts at an average of $99.

“Because we are self-funded, and locally owned and operated – our owner Mark Plishke was born and raised in Aiea – we have no debt, and are able to provide excellent services and prices to our customers. We are always up-to-date on the latest technology so that all of our customers can have every option out there,” Napoleon says.

“Being able to control our terms and take a personal approach to our customers’ needs has been the most rewarding aspect of this business.”

Looking ahead to the near future, Aloha Alarm hopes to bring more employees on board and hopes to continue in its success.

“With the growth rate of more than 50 new accounts a month, we foresee Aloha Alarm being at the front of the alarm industry in Hawaii. When running your own business, do things the right way and don’t cut corners – you will definitely be rewarded – and you must believe in what you are doing,” Napoleon says.

Aloha Alarm is located at 99-1191 Iwaena St., Ste. E, and is open Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. For more information, call 488-4111 or visit alohalarm.com.
