United Chinese Society of Hawai‘i presented its 60th annual banquet last month at Empress Restaurant. Honored that evening were Douglas Dai Lunn Chong as 2017 Model Chinese Father of the Year, and Mother of the Year Melissa Yuk Fun Wong.
