• BOOKSTORE The Friends of the Kailua Library bookstore hours are 10 a.m.-2 p.m. Mondays and Wednes- days; 1-5 p.m. Tuesdays and Thursdays; 11 a.m.-3 p.m. Fridays; 10 a.m.-2 p.m. Sat- urdays; and closed Sundays and holidays. Donations of gently used books, CDs and DVDs can be made during working hours. Books are sold for 50 cents unless oth- erwise marked. Funds are used to supplement Kailua Public Library. • TREES Habilitat is run- ning its 47th annual Christ- mas tree lot fundraiser at Kāne‘ohe Shopping Center next to Longs and Safeway every day in December un- til trees run out.
