 The assessment includes a thorough review of potential impacts to noise, air quality, wa- ter resources, cultural resources, biological resources, public health, and safety and trans- portation.
Personnel from MCBH regularly engage with members of the community at various City & County of Honolulu neighborhood boards. During the months of August and Sep- tember, an MCBH representative will attend the Kailua, Waimānalo, Kahalu‘u, ‘Ewa and Kāne‘ohe neighborhood boards to discuss the draft EA.
The full draft EA is available on the state Environmental Review Program website (planning.hawaii.gov/erp) and is also avail- able on the MCBH website (www.mcbhawaii. marines.mil/resources/featured-information/ mq9-kc130).
