Maile Perreira of Kāne‘ohe recently received her COVID-19 vaccine at Windward Mall and was the 4,000th entrant in the #HIGotVaccinated’s Vax Da Max milestone contest, winning a $500 McDonald’s of Hawai‘i prize pack. Perreira, who works for a property management company, got vaccinated when her employer made it a requirement. Jan Sugihara, McOpCo operations manager for Hawai‘i, and Shane Libres, McOpCo area supervisor for Hawai‘i, awarded Perreira $400 in Arch Cards and 100,000 MyMcDonald’s Rewards points.
