here’s a new Miss Hawai‘i Elementa- ry America — and she’s from Wind- ward O‘ahu, to boot. Ten-year-old
Hakipu‘u native Siena-Grace Tufaga recent- ly reigned supreme at the state competition and will go on to represent Hawai‘i at the national Miss Elementary America pageant in Little Rock, Arkansas, come summer.
Siena-Grace and mom Stevie-Jeanne couldn’t be more thrilled.
“It feels spectacular to be crowned Miss Hawai‘i Elementary America 2022,” says Siena-Grace.
“I am beaming with pride,” shares Ste- vie-Jeanne. “She worked hard for this title, and I’m so excited for the experience in store for her. ... This girl has a heart of gold and is truly what a ‘beauty queen’ should be.
“I personally feel that it is so special to have a Hawaiian girl carry the Miss Hawai‘i Elementary America title,” Stevie-Jeanne adds. “I hope that other girls, especially Ha- waiian girls, can look up to Siena-Grace and know that they, too, can do anything they set
