Connecting With Community Members
One highlight was visiting Honouliuli Middle School. We must support our schools and invest in education, espe- cially in schools serving our West O‘ahu district, and I’m committed to doing just that.
Recently, I visited Child & Family Service in ‘Ewa Beach and was inspired by its work. Its mission to pro- mote the well-being of chil- dren and families in Hawai‘i is truly admirable. I learned more about their programs, including counseling ser- vices, transitional housing for youth and support for foster families. It’s heartening to know that organizations like this are working tirelessly to
