     Aloha, neighbors! My name is Rose Martinez and I am the elected Representative for State House District 40. I have a master’s degree in public health from Univer- sity of Hawai‘i at Mānoa and I have spent most of my adult life in health care, human services and as an educator.

 In my free time, I am busy organizing or vol- unteering to help with school projects, cleanups and fundraisers. I also help take care of the elderly and vulnerable members of our community. I encourage everyone to get involved with putting in a few hours a month to help take care of our community. If every- one pitches in we can make great improvements for our community that will benefit us all.

Congressman Ed Case is seeking a Staff Assistant for his Honolulu District Office. Responsibilities range from administrative duties and assisting constituents with questions and concerns, to staffing the Congressman on his activities when he is in district, representing the office at community events and coordinating DC and district issues.
