sistant principal ... The Ho- nolulu Authority for Rapid Transportation announced that the trial run testing phase for the first operating segment of the rail system began on Aug. 29. This in- cludes a rigorous and com- prehensive series of tests of all aspects of the trains, sta- tions, systems and operat- ing personnel, including the simulation of many normal and emergency operating scenarios.
