    Ingredients:
• 1/2 papaya
• 1/2 cup of Greek yogurt
• 1/4 cup of pumpkin seeds
and flax granola
• 1/4 cup of fruits, berries
or bananas
• 1 tablespoon nut butter • 1 tablespoon honey
Directions:
Find a ripe papaya that is tender to the touch and bright in color. Cut the papaya in half lengthwise and scrape out all the seeds (save the seeds to plant and grow your own tree).
Fill the papaya with Greek yogurt, granola and your favorite fruits (we like strawberries, star fruit, blueber- ries and bananas). Drizzle with your favorite nut butter mixed with honey.
