 Todd Takayama is president of First Insurance Company of Hawai‘i. He had previously been chief underwriting officer at the company. Takayama joined FICOH’s underwriting division in 2010 as manager and has held roles of increasing responsibility through the years. He will oversee underwriting, claims, legal issues, marketing and finance.
Nohea Keaunui-Gould has been appointed team operations manager at Wet ‘n‘ Wild. She will manage the staff to ensure safety standards are upheld and oversee scheduling, recruiting, hiring and training for security, housekeeping, first aid and aquatics staff. Keaunui-Gould has nearly 10 years of experience in the tourism and amusement park industry.
Jeffrey Blake Rich is vice president and chief marketing communications officer for Hawai‘i Pacific University. He will be in charge of HPU’s internal and external communications. Prior to joining HPU, he was chief marketing officer at William & Mary’s Raymond A. Mason School of Business. He also previously held executive leadership roles at UnitedHealthcare and Target Corp.

Rachel Sitzer has been named O‘ahu wildlife rehabilitation manager at Hawai‘i Wildlife Center. She will work out of HWC’s new satellite office at The Honolulu Zoo, providing short-term care for downed seabirds and other native winged species. She will also coordinate the transport of birds that require long-term rehabilitation at HWC’s main facility on Hawai‘i Island.
Michael Terry is director of operations for UHA Health Insurance. He oversees claims processing and the administration of contracted services, and is UHA’s chief negotiator. He’s a member of the company’s performance improvement committee and is co- founder of Books 4 Keiki, a nonprofit that promotes early literacy programs in public elementary schools.
Rosina Potter joins Hawai‘i Contemporary as executive director. Formerly the art director at Four Seasons Resort Maui at Wailea, Potter has been a community-minded gallerist and champion of contemporary arts and artists in Hawai‘i for more than a decade. Hawai‘i Contemporary is a collaborative art partner that cultivates cultural alliances to showcase the Hawai‘i Triennial every three years.
