SENSEI SALMON
Ingredients
• 1 1/2 pounds large flank salmon, one side with skin on
• 1 cup green onion, cut into 1/4-inch pieces
• 2 cloves garlic
• salt and pepper, to taste • 1/2 cup oil
• 1/4 cup shoyu
Directions:
Salt and pepper salmon on each side. Heat garlic and oil. Fry and sear each side of the salmon quickly through the center. Sprinkle green onions on top.
Heat oil to high in a sauce pan. When oil is ready, pour over salmon and green onion, searing onions. Then, pour shoyu on top.
Serve right away with sauce mixture over rice.
