APPLE BREAD PUDDING
Ingredients:
• 1 loaf sweetbread • 2 cups milk
• 1 cup sugar
• 1/2 cup butter
• 5 eggs
• 21-ounce can apple pie filling
• 1 cup dried cranberries • sprinkle of cinnamon
Directions:
Heat the milk, sugar, eggs and butter until melted.
Remove from heat and set aside.
Line a 9-by-3-inch pan with cubed bread and sprinkle with cranberries. Top with apple pie filling.
Pour egg/milk mixture into pan and cover all the bread.
Sprinkle with cinnamon.
Cover with foil and bake in oven at 350 degrees for 35 minutes.
Let cool and enjoy!
