Age 62, 5 feet 5 inches, 160 pounds, black hair and brown eyes. Agua has 40 prior convictions and is known to frequent the Mililani area.
At around 3:38 p.m. on Feb. 9, 2014, a woman was involved in an argument with a man in the Wahiawā area. The man struck her on the head with a Razor scooter, causing a laceration that required numerous staples, then head-butted her face, causing more injuries. Police were called and arrested the man, identified as Agua, for sec- ond-degree assault.
Leilani Mageo-Pacheco (aka Leilah Faamasino)
Age 28, 5 feet 6 inches, 215 pounds, black hair and brown eyes. Mageo-Pacheco has two prior convictions and is known to frequent the Honolulu area.
At around 2:06 a.m. on Nov. 30, 2017, a Honolulu Police Department officer patrolling the Waikīkī area saw a moped driver commit a traffic violation. The officer stopped the driver and, upon checking the moped, discovered that it had been reported stolen from the Ward area. The moped driver, identified as Mageo-Pacheco, was subsequently arrested for unau- thorized control of a propelled vehicle.
