Age 34, 5 feet 9, 200 pounds, brown hair and black eyes. Dias-Franca has two prior convictions and is known to frequent the Pearl City area. He is wanted on a $20,000 bench warrant for failure to comply with the terms and conditions of his probation.
At around 2:20 p.m. on Feb. 13, 2018, a Hono- lulu police officer saw a Honda Civic driving errat- ically into oncoming traffic in Wai‘anae. A police helicopter maintained visual surveillance until the vehicle, which had been stolen, stopped and its oc- cupants fled on foot. They were later apprehended, and the driver was identified as Dias-Franca. He was arrested for unauthorized control of a pro- pelled vehicle.
       Charles Rego
Age 32, 5 feet 9, 130 pounds, brown hair and hazel eyes. Rego has nine prior convictions and
is known to frequent the Wai‘anae and Pearl City areas. He is wanted on a $20,000 cash-only bench warrant for failure to comply with the terms and conditions of drug court.
At around 11:25 a.m. on March 4, 2017, a man walked into a store in the Nimitz area and asked the elderly cashier for change. When the cashier refused, the man grabbed some items and attempted to leave. When the cashier tried to stop him, he punched the cashier and left. Police later identified the man as Rego and arrested him for second-degree robbery.
