Billy Pinheiro
Age 28, 5 feet 5, 127 pounds, black hair and brown eyes. Pinheiro is wanted on a $20,000 cash- only bench warrant for failure to comply with the terms and conditions of his probation. Pinheiro has four prior convictions and is known to frequent the Honolulu area.
On Jan. 30, 2018, at about 3:25 p.m., Honolulu Police Department officers were sent to Salt Lake District Park in regard to a call that a man was rid- ing a moped recklessly on the field and damaging the grass. Officers arrived and located the man at the park. Upon making checks of the moped, offi- cers discovered that it had been reported stolen on Jan. 24, 2018, from the Salt Lake area. The suspect, who was identified as Pinheiro, was subsequently placed under arrest for unauthorized control of a propelled vehicle.
Lawfin Utuutuvanu
Age 48, 5 feet 10, 200 pounds, black hair and brown eyes. Utuutuvanu is wanted on a $25,000 bench warrant for failure to comply with the terms and conditions of his probation. Utuutuvanu has 19 prior convictions and is known to frequent the Kahuku and Hau‘ula areas.
On Nov. 20, 2017, at about 1:05 p.m., a Honolulu Police Departmment officer observed the driver of
a moped to commit a traffic infraction in the Kalihi area. The officer stopped the driver and upon making checks of the moped, it was discovered that it had been reported stolen on Oct. 30, 2017, from the Waikīkī area. The driver of the moped, who was iden- tified as Utuutuvanu, was subsequently placed under arrest for unauthorized control of a propelled vehicle.
