A loha Shoyu held its long-awaited 75th anniversary celebration at The Orleans Hotel & Casino on May 7, and it was quite the event. From local chefs to celebrity types like Sam Choy and Alan Wong, guests enjoyed ‘ono food and, of course, poke. The event was emceed by Champ Kaneshi- ro with appearances by Shane Victorino, Ili- ma-Lei Macfarlane, Lauvale Sape and Kiyome Mariota, as well as entertainment from Josh Tatofi, including a special duet with his father, Tivaini Tatofi.
