 Ingredients:
• 32 ounces bone broth/ chicken broth
• 32 ounces water
• 8 ounces long rice noodles (thicker long rice noodle comes out better)
• 1 pounds chicken thighs, skinless and boneless
• 3 cloves garlic, minced
• 2 tablespoons ginger, peeled and grated
• 3 tablespoons shoyu
• 1/2 cup green onions, sliced
