Francis Reller
Age 47, 6 feet 6, 210 pounds, bald and brown eyes. Reller has 11 prior convictions and is known to frequent the Honolulu and Wai‘anae areas.
He is wanted on a $20,000 probation revocation warrant for failure to comply with the terms and conditions of his probation.
On Oct. 22, 2016, the complainant was walking on Maunakea Street when a male approached him and demanded his fanny pack. When he refused, he was struck multiple times by the suspect and his fanny pack was forcibly taken. The complainant was able to obtain the license number of the sus- pect’s vehicle and provided the information to the police, who later identified the suspect as Reller. Reller was placed under arrest for second-degree robbery.
James Turner
Age 41, 5 feet 7, 142 pounds, blond hair and blue eyes. Turner has one prior conviction and is known to frequent the Honolulu area.
He is wanted on a $20,000 probation revocation warrant for failure to comply with the terms and conditions of his HOPE probation.
On Nov. 18, 2013, the complainant was talking on her cellular phone while standing on Alakea Street when a male approached from behind and grabbed her phone. The complainant struggled, then relinquished the phone, followed the male and flagged down an officer. The male was stopped and the phone was recovered from his pants pocket. He was identified as Turner and placed under arrest for second-degree theft.
Timothey Lat, who was featured here on March 31, 2021, was arrested on April 1, 2022, at Kāko‘i and Kilihau streets for his $25,000 probation revocation warrant.
Michael Fattorosi, who was featured here on March 16 was arrested on April 1 at 421 Alakawa Street for his six probation revocation warrants totaling $150,000.
