I have been lucky enough to know James since I was 18, and he was always making us laugh. This week, he shares one of his favorite recipes: Myong Chicken.
MYONG CHICKEN
Ingredients:
• 6 chicken thighs
• 2 cups shoyu, Kikkoman recommended • 1 cup brown sugar
• 2 tablespoons Big Island honey
• 2 tablespoons minced garlic
• 5 slivers ginger
• squeeze of Sriracha Directions:
Soak chicken with rest of the ingredients mixed together in a Ziploc bag for 2 hours and let sit in the fridge. Remove and grill. Serve over rice.
